What personal data do we collect?

The personal data that the user may provide:

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, thereby releasing Tecnoleal from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated. Tecnoleal reserves the right to terminate any contracted services with users if the data they have provided is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. How do we handle the personal data of minors?

In principle, our services are not specifically directed at minors. However, if any of our services are directed at children under fourteen years of age, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), Tecnoleal will require the valid, freely given, unambiguous, specific, and informed consent of their legal guardians to process the children’s personal data. In this case, the ID card or other form of identification of the person giving consent will be required.
